Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do we hire you for our wedding?

A: In order to hire us for your special day, visit our contact page and fill out the form. Once the form is submitted, we will follow up with a call or email in regards to your inquiry within 24  hours. 

2. Do we have to pay a deposit?

A: We require a 30% NON-Refundal retainer in order to book us for your wedding or event. The retainer secures the designated date and time requested. Once the retainer is paid, your date and time will not be entertained by any other client. 

3. What is the turnaround time to receive our final edits?

A:  The turnaround time to receive final edits is up to 45 days depending on the package purchased. For revisions, add an additional 10 business days.

4. What services do you offer?

A: We specialize in wedding photography offering additional services such as engagement & bridal sessions, family sessions, and private events. 

5. How many revisions do we receive if we want something changed in a photo?

A. All packages will include 2 revisions up to 8 photos per revision (16 total photos). For any additional revisions, there will be a charge of $25 per photo.

6. What if we want pictures taken during a certain time of the wedding or event?

A. All packages are designed based on the desired time needed by the client. If our client want photos taken during a specific time, there is no additional charge as long as it aligns within the agreed booking time. Clients will provide a designated booking for hire or can purchase additional time at our hourly rate.

7. When will we receive our teaser (rough drafts) photos?

A: We allot our clients 72 hours after the ceremony to pay the remaining balance on file once our services are completed. Expect to receive your rough drafts within 7 business days after the payment has been completed.

8. Is your company insured?

A. Our company is fully insured covering up to $2,000,000 in general liability coverage. 

 

9. Are we required to provide meals for you and your staff?

A: You are not required to provide food or drinks for our staff. We do require up to three 15 minute breaks during the event depending on the time schedule of the event.

10. How many photographers will we have?

A: Depending on the package chosen by the client, you will receive up to 2 photographers, however Pierre will be the main photographer.

11. Do you offer videography services?

 

A: We do not offer videography services however we have vendors that we work with that we can recommend.  

12. Is there a travelers fee?

A: We service clients on the southeastern states including NC, SC, VA, GA. There is no travelers fee within a 60 mile radius from our home office located in Fayetteville, NC.
